Twirl Motor organized the 2 day short-distance annual travel between 10 and 11 June in order to enhance the cohesion of the company and offer the staffs a great opportunity to relax from their busy work life. Apart from the view enjoyment, all the participants shorten the relations between each other and reinforce the communication in different departments during the time. The annual trip not only helps the staffs to find belongs in the company but also showed the staff-oriented management style in twirl motor.
